You're wrong. Williamsburg is A. Hazard beat Williamsburg 28-0 last week. He already said the Harlan he's talking about was Harlan City, which is also A.

They are definately a team...not any "prima donas" (sp) or "me" attitude that I can tell and this team is hungry to hit and win! I really do think we will beat them.
Stainless...you need to read more carefully and do your own research...just sayin'!!

I was thinking of Whitley County. Whitley County is right out side of Williamsburg. My mistake.

    Re: Clintwood vs Sussex Central

A post was made that not many teams around here hasanything for Harlan Co. or Bell Co.. That has to be the truest statement EVER made on any post on any forum anywhere. Bell Co. and Harlan Co. KY football teams are men among boys. With that being said, I hope Clintwood lays the wood to Sussex Central. In 1994 powell valley beat sussex central at bullit park for the state championship. We won 36 to 12 in the mud. ALOT can change in 17 years but one thing remains to be fact, LPD has always had it out for the eastcoast teams. Im gonna be pulling for the WAVE all the way.

And several weeks ago, 5-6 Union led for the entire first half at Clintwood.

I think both teams have had their close calls and good and bad performances. This should be a pretty good game.

I found this interesting in there. Altavista was up 12-0 at halftime. Then....

Altavista Coach Mike Scharnus didn't return to the field following halftime until later in the third quarter.

On Monday, Altavista Combined School Principal Ty Gafford said Scharnus came in at halftime complaining of shortness of breath and tightness in his chest. His blood pressure was also high. He was checked out by Angela Emerson, the team trainer, and the local rescue squad. Scharnus went to the hospital in Petersburg after the game. Gafford said Scharnus will have some more tests later.

after watching the Charles City vs Sussex Central video im pretty confedient in saying this. If Sussex dont tackle no better than what they did in the video they are in for a long night. It looked as if neither team had a D worth much. Clintwood can stop their offense but idk if Sussex can stop Clintwood's offense. It looks to me that Clintwood should come back with a W

My thoughts are as follows......There Offence scares me due to the fact that they run spred (Which Cwood has had issues with) and Veer (Which Grayson spanked CWood with).......I agree on the other side of the ball I think we can play keep away with the football and eat the clock
